Bug#466784: base: problems with case-sensitive name of folders

Version: 2.22.0-1

This bug has been fixed in nautilus 2.22 (experimental). I tried the following 
steps
to reproduce the bug and it did not happen again:

1. a) Create a folder named Data
   b) Create a folder named DATA 
=> 'Already Exists' message

2. a) Create a folder DATA
=> The folder is renamed to data, but because 1. works, this causes
   no problems.
