Justification: breaks etch upgrade

Both etch version of dnsutils and sid bind9 provide
/usr/share/man/man1/idnconv.1.gz.
This breaks etch upgrade (see the script below)

To fix this, you just need to add in bind9 binary package:
Conflicts: dnsutils (<< 1:9.4.2)
Replaces: dnsutils (<< 1:9.4.2)
