Package: emacs22 Version: 22.2+2-2 Severity: normal I've used the Options -> Set Font menu option to set the default font to fixed instead of courier. However, when I start emacs, the first frame to display still uses courier; subsequent frames opened using C-x 5 2 or C-x 5 f use the font I set. When the default font is as unbelievably ugly as courier, this gets quite annoying.
