Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.4.31
Severity: normal

When parsing a .dsc signed with (at least) PGP 2.6.3ia, git-import-dsc
uses the Version: line from the signature instead of the message.

An example of such an old package can be found at

 dget
http://archive.debian.org/pool/main/s/speedy-cgi-perl/speedy-cgi-perl_1.82-4.dsc

which results in

 % git-import-dsc speedy-cgi-perl_1.82-4.dsc
 Debian Native Package
 Version: 2.6.3ia
No git repository found, creating one.
Initialized empty Git repository in .git/
 Everything imported under speedy-cgi-perl

and an import of just the original tarball with a wrong tag.
