It seems like that option parsing is somewhat broken in sgml2html:

sgml2html --split=0 arpd.sgml - works
sgml2html -s 0 arpd.sgml - worked before...: Error: Option -s: value required

Therefore I'm reassigning this to linuxdoc-tools.
