when i open a zip file (from the internet) which includes files with hebrew 
filenames that was _probably_ ziped on some windows platform (maybe XP?) 
i can not see the filenames' letters/glyphs properly. it looks like encoding 
issue ? maybe ?
which makes extracting not possible :-(
i attach a screen capture of the issue. 
see the title of the ark application displaying hebrew letters correctly.
