# syslogd-listfiles --help 2>&1|grep -- --all
-a | --all list all files (including news)
# syslogd-listfiles --all|grep news
# syslogd-listfiles --all --news|grep news
/var/log/news/news.notice
/var/log/news/news.crit
/var/log/news/news.err
Please on --help and the man page, say "excluding news", or change the program.
