I guess there is something missing here. :) Something along the lines
of ... "the documentation for SML/NJ, an implementation of the
Standard ML programming language." might be sufficient, but maybe also
adding what formats it contains or what style of documentation (FAQs,
tutorials, ...) would be helpful, too.
