Yeah, that is tricky. Maybe drop it to wishlist and forward upstream? I guess
the hope is to have a datapoint there in case someone else runs into a similar
issue, or in case someone stumbles upon some codepath that leads to passing a
"negative" size for glib to allocate?
I don't think there's any real way to go after this right now, but I also think
it's useful to document it so that other folks can put 2 and 2 together later on
down the line.
