severity 308575 important
thanks

Hello,

Because this is not a bug in babel but in the Java toolchain, and
because babel as a result has never built on s390, this bug is
downgraded to "important" to allow entry into sarge.

See http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2005/05/msg01685.html for
details.
