As you'd have spotted if you'd looked at the architecture lines for the
binary packages, gridengine currently doesn't support s390.
Architecture: i386 amd64 sparc powerpc ia64
I intend to try and get ports to more architectures working soon, but
given that we declare which architectures we currently support, this
certainly isn't a serious bug. Also, it really isn't my problem that
wanna build decides that it knows better than maintainers about which
architectures to build on.
