Hi,
poker-eval provides many convenience macros.
i.e. Deck_N_CARDS, Deck_MASK, Deck_cardToString, Deck_stringToCard and so on.
However, I can't find any convenience macros for
{Std,AStud,Joker}Deck_MAKE_CARD.
Please consider to provide Deck_MAKE_CARD macro.
