What needs to be done to fix this? The wrong userid is still listed at
<URL:http://ftp-master.debian.org/dm-uploaders.html>. (I don't know of 
another way to check whether this has been fixed.)

How should this be fixed to have the correct userid as requested in 
the keyring update?
