It works under Lynx 2.8.6rel.4, but when I install 2.8.7dev9-1.1, IPv6
connections are no longer attempted.

I have IPv6 configured on my machine, which has a publicly routable IPv6
address and a default route referring to my router, which is running an
IPv6-over-IPv4 tunnel to http://tunnelbroker.net/

If you are testing on a machine without IPv6 properly set up, obviously it
won't work.
