Hello Luciano,

Can you send the info asked in http://bugs.debian.org/484300#10 ? Have you got
any problem to get it?
Unfortunately the supplier of the bug report did not respond to my
questions, so I can only guess:
There is another bug report concerning davfs2 and zope at
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1988565&group_id=26275&atid=386747
Most probably it is the same issue.
The problem is a bug in zope. It includes a body in some HEAD-responses,
which is against the spec and confuses Neon.
It only occurs, when davfs2 uses HEAD to check for changes on the server.
Solution:
- The Zope folks fixed the bug, but I don't know whether there is
already a new release.
- You can set option "if_match_bug 0" in the davfs2 configuration.
davfs2 will use conditional PUT then, instead of prechecking with HEAD.
Note: conditional PUT is better anyway. The only reason it is not the
default behaviour is a bug in Apache/mod_dav. This bug is fixed in the
latest release of Apache, and I will change the default behaviour of
davfs2 at some time in the future.
Cheers
Werner
