Package: root-tail Version: 1.2-1 Severity: normal
Suddenly root-tail stopped displaying on KDE's root window. And not only KDE, it doesn't display on other DM's root window too like IceWM and FVWM. I'm using KDE 3.4 root-tail 1.2 XFree86 v 4.3.0.1 Following is the command that I'm using: root-tail -g 1022x400+3+340 /dev/xconsole,white -f --update Here /dev/xconsole is a fifo to which syslog keeps logging. This setup had been working perfectly fine for months. It looks like recent X upgrades have broken it. If not root-tail, what package should I file the bug for ? -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.11-mbl-bsplash Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages root-tail depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libx11-6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-13 X Window System protocol client li ii xlibs 4.3.0.dfsg.1-13 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configu -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
