It's unacceptable to pull in libc6-amd64 just for this niche use case,
it's a 10 MB package!

The other alternative is to just ignore the dependency, users will get
an ugly error message but so do users who try to run the program on 32
bit systems:

bash: /usr/bin/strace64: cannot execute binary file

Actually maybe strace64 should be installed in /usr/lib/ and strace
should automatically exec it when needed.
