Thank you very much for you report. It is valuable and I already
tracked down the problem.

It seems that fakechroot missing another syscall: fstatat64. It is a
little bit strage, because it works correctly on amd64 architecture
but it fails on i386 only.

I'll try to fix it ASAP.
