Hi!

I figured it maybe a Blender issue since Wmii doesn't really do anything special I'd guess. If an application forces a specified size, then it will be treated like a popup window. Other full screen 2D, 3D and SDL applications don't have a problem with Wmii either. The -w option should let Blender behave like any other application at least. Also this border issue occurs in Gnome too IIRC (I had it in Ubuntu).
