Package: qa.debian.org Severity: wishlist Right now, when there's a pending remove-from-unstable bug filed against ftp.debian.org, the packages.qa.debian.org page for the source package to be removed has a big scary warning at the top of it, like so:
This package has been requested to be removed. This means that, when this request gets processed by an ftp-master, this package will no longer be in unstable, and will automatically be removed from testing too afterwards. If for some reason you want keep this package in unstable, please discuss so in the bug. Please see bug number #nnnnnn for more information. It would be nice if this warning were toned down a little when the remove-from-unstable bug applies only to a subset of Debian's architectures and/or a subset of the binary packages built from the source package. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.25-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
