Hi Louis,

thanks for your bugreport. As you realized the package works fine without 
libnet-netmask-perl (or why did you set the severity to minor? :) so adding a 
recommends or suggests is the proper thing to do.

Will do eventually, right now I'm busy with DebConf8 :-D
