It is written in the

To apply changes to this file, run exportfs -ra or
/etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server reload (the latter being a dis-
tribution-specific extension).

but it should be
invoke-rc.d nfs-kernel-server reload
Since I have currently no access to a testin/unstable system, I can not
check, whether this is the case there too...
