Do you think this will be fixed before we release lenny? I 
mean now this only creates an unneeded workload because 
people ask for unblocks + we create DTSAs. If not I would 
stop building DTSAs until after the lenny release. I would 
prefer this being fixed though as everything else looks 
contra-productive to me.
