Package: pidgin Version: 2.4.3-1 Followup-For: Bug #445748 This bug is reproducible reliably for me by connecting to an etch jabber server with pidgin and then restarting the remote jabber server with /etc/init.d/jabber restart. pidgin then becomes unresponsive, not refreshing any of its windows, and strace shows the same poll loop with EAGAIN errors as were reported in the original bug report.
I was bringing up a new jabber server this evening, and this bug happened every time I restarted the jabber server.
