Could you try to save your session without saving, or something like that, to enter the session without any panel running. Then wait a bit, and run xfce4-panel, and see if you're in the START case or in the RESTART case. It may be related to http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3156 but in your case you already use us,cz. Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis
