The Do 0.5 series of releases is unsuitable for packaging; there's no way for us to ship the 0.5 plugins, and without the plugins Do is pretty useless.
Upstream is releasing 0.6, which resolves this issue, this week. I should be able to update the Debian package sometime in the next couple of weeks.
