Please provide an strace of the segfault.
It only segfaults when one of the drives is faulty.
I'll try to reproduce that situation, but will only be able to do so in
the weekend.
I'll provide an strace and gdb backtrace then
(I didn't do that last time, because my /usr was on the faulty raid10
array, I'll copy a /usr to my raid1 so I can
strace, gdb).
