sendxmpp does not work:

        $ echo test | sendxmpp -u user -j server.example.com -p secret -v

        Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at
        /usr/share/perl5/Net/XMPP/Connection.pm line 132.
        Use of uninitialized value in string eq at
        /usr/share/perl5/XML/Stream.pm line 730.
        Could not connect to server 'server.example.com':

Version 0.0.8+cvs20061115-1 (from etch) works well.
