I was wondering, because in the MIME header the charset was set to ISO-8859-1, but the content looks very much like UTF-8, thus messing the accented chars up. Besides I noticed a small inconsistency in the use of the more informal "you" ("tú") versus the more formal ("usted"). Mostly it's the first form, but sometimes the second. Is there any policy on that? Any pointers? (I'd be glad to go over the rest, but knowing this would help).
