The following was taken at home. The windows server in this case is a machine booted into Windows XP professional. The client is a laptop running sid. The original bug report was on a Windows small business server 2002 and a Lenny client. The problem is definitely thumbs.db which is a common file generated by Windows whenever someone chooses view by thumbnail and if there are files in the directory for which a thumbnail can be generated, which is at least images and pdfs. the backtrace: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
