Hi Thomas! setup.py builds lxml.etree.c and lxml.objectify.c when cython is present. Therefore, only the dependency with cython was necessary (plus the cleaning rule). Moreover, cython is a replacement for pyrex so the dependency on pyrex is not necessary.
I don't think this warrant another upload though.
