Hi. Just wanted to mention that I've been bitten by this bug pretty regularily. It would be nice if we could apply a fix some day even if upstream is maybe not really active anymore these days (guess). gocr is actually useful even if the results are not always very helpful, if you can't see at all, a few bits of semi-correct text can be all you need at times.
