Package: uswsusp Version: 0.8-1.1 Severity: important On the laptop, using the KDE power manager or kpowersave I do a suspend to ram (suspend in power manager terminology). Everything seems ok: console with 2 lines of log, everything stops and the power leds start blinking. When I press the start button I will get about 5 seconds of black screen and the I hear the typical hard disk sound from the startup and the BIOS POST screen appears immediately followed by a normal loading of GRUB, just like after a simple reboot. This does not happen with the default Windows Vista that comes with the laptop, and neither on a desktop computer using the same Debian version.
