It wasn't a safety issue, it was a speed issue. Sorry about the
confusion.
Yeah, and unfortunately it looks like this is still an issue with 4.7.
Whether or not it is an impacting issue will entirely depend on how people
use their servers. Or, the fixed config option can be used at build time.
I'm guessing that no further testing was done along the lines Howard
suggested in that bug report for the other platforms Debian's concerned
with.
