Namely, the Doomguy (called Sarge in OpenArena) from id Software's Doom series and Quake III Arena, and an anime character which in-game is called Kyonshi (do not know the name of the show, however I noticed after seeing a clip on YouTube from the show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv4U8OJMydk ).
