It disappeared only when logging as root, it's still there when connected as unprivileged user. So now I can try removing the files in /etc/bash_completion.d one at a time and see what happens.

In my case, nothing has changed. The error already disappeared when I 'sudo -i' to root. It's only there when I'm a regular user. I checked to make sure nothing has changed recently, and the behaviour is still the same.

I'm running Testing ('Lenny').
