Please rebuild linux-modules-extra-2.6 with current virtualbox-ose-source (1.6.6-dfsg-2). Currently Lenny (and Sid) contains VirtualBox 1.6.6, but the extra modules shipped in Debian are for VirtualBox 1.6.2 that makes VirtualBox unusable without compiling the modules from the source package.
