> The package should be contrib... Actually, I doubt that this file is copyrightable at all, as it is so small. The web site says, the file contains [EMAIL PROTECTED](P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H* (including or not the final CR/LF). This string is also written on Wikipedia with Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, with no Front-Cover Texts, and with no Back-Cover Texts. A copy of the license is included in the section entitled "GNU Free Documentation License". Content on Wikipedia is covered by disclaimers. So I think that for the moment, in case we assume it is copyrightable we can use it within the GFDL, in case we assume it isn't copyrightable we could just use it. How to go ahead from here? I don't think the current piuparts-failures should stop us from shipping this package with Lenny, and the current way is working since quite some time. However, the final fix would be to add that string within the package (the fix could be easy, replace the curl by "echo -n ... > ...").
