Package: open-iscsi
Version: 2.0.870~rc3-0.2
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 9.3.2

Hi,

It is debatable what "must behave sensibly" mean, but in case of
open-iscsi repeated start shouldn't result in error in my opinion:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/open-iscsi start
Starting iSCSI initiator service: iscsid
iSCSI daemon already running

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ echo $?
1

This surfaced in my iSCSI rooted environments, where I had to do special
measures on upgrade (manual restart of the daemon instead of doing
stoptargets). After all that, it was another struggle to get the
correctly running package into "installed" state. :(

Thanks,
Feri.
