Then this might be an issue, because several lines in the German
translation are longer than 80 characters, and thus are ugly
"wrapped". A simple echo does not honor escape characters (to add
newlines), so as a translator I don't know what to do - any chance you
switch to "echo -e" (or are there security implications)?
