Everything else seems "obviously correct".
I debated that one for a while myself, but in the end came to the conclusion that -T means "only issue the listed tags, albeit whilst performing checks which would normally issue other tags"; on that basis, as checking adduser no longer issues maintainer-script-needs-depends-on-adduser asking lintian to only issue that tag should do exactly that (imho, obviously).
