Yes, I just merged 2.46-1 and that's the only delta left.
There's a theoretical worst-case that sees dnsmasq take 3.5 seconds to
respond to SIGTERM. Is that likely to be a problem?
sendsigs apparently waits 10 seconds after SIGTERM before sending
SIGKILL to the remaining processes, so I'd say that's not an issue.
