Thanks for your report ! The file CURRENT-ISSUE-IS was not up to date. (By the way, why is the interest of doing static pointing to the last DWN/DPN ?) I've tested the News/ building my own system and it seems ok. The website should be fixed w.r.t. this bug in the next hours.
