The file contains message :
"GPG error: http://ftp.us.debian.org testing Release: The following

Nothing about security.debian.org, so let's forget villa and lobos which
are ok.

Moreoever, the message you encounter here is no longer a hash mismatch,
but a GPG one.

In the aptitude | apt-get update, is the Release file downloaded with
success, or does the line begins with "Err " ?
