Would it be possible to simply grab all screens on a display instead of
only the one?  That is what vnc4viewer does.  It means that you can't
use the secondary display while in fullscreen, because everything is
grabbed instead of just the display the session is on, but it is better
than having a secondary screen that can cause you to lose a session (by
having a session that you can't use the keyboard with, even to press F8
locally).
