The Problem ist my system has no eth0:
brain:~# ls /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/
all default eth2 lo tap0
and your /etc/init.d/adtxenlvm line 170 contains:
echo 1 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth0/proxy_arp
