Bug#508258: Recommends: ntp should be Recommends: time-daemon

Note that the ntp package doesn’t currently provide time-daemon (because 
apparently the maintainers can’t figure out precisely what a time-daemon 
is; see <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=316549>).  So 
you actually need Recommends: ntp | time-daemon or something.
