Hmm. This should not happen. The file conflict should be handled by
amule's preinst script (since amule 1.2.6+rc8-3), which adds a diversion
for /usr/share/man/man1/ed2k.1.gz. Which amule version do you have
installed? What's the ouput of:

dpkg-divert --list /usr/share/man/man1/ed2k.1.gz
dpkg -S /usr/share/man/man1/ed2k.1.gz
