Package: dhelp Version: 0.5.20 Without the install-docs utility from doc-base, it appears that dhelp does not generate (many of?) its indices in /usr/share/doc/HTML/ . Yet the dependencies of dhelp do not include doc-base at all. If dhelp does not depend on doc-base it should probably recommend it.
