Thanks for your bug report. I've added the version to the dependency now (XML/LibXML/XPathContext.pm was introduced in version 1.61); I'm not uloading the package at the moment, because the new upstream version 0.48 (which we already have in our subversion repository) depends in Data::Stream::Bulk::Callback which is not yet in Debian.
